Select the text, edit type, create new type, change height.

You will need to create a big model.text, export it to DWG as solid, import it back in the family and scale it down.

without using model text, any others method can make the words shown on the model face?

In the family create a reference plane coincident with the face of the box, name it and then in an elevation view set that plane as the working plane then place the model text on that reference plane.

In plan view create reference plane along edge of your extrusion:

Click on "click to name" and type a suitable name:

Switch to elevation view and click Work Plane > Set on ribbon:

Select the reference plane which you created and named:

Then place model text:

Select the text object and edit type. Duplicate type (if you want a new type) and then change text size:

Also in the instance properties change the text depth:

Move the text to the required position:

.....and if you want the reference plane to move when the extrusion dimensions change then control its offset from the centre front/back plane with a parameter.

I would make a material or use a decal. Avoids all the extra geometry needed (smaller file and better performance)

Disadvantage is that it is only visible in realistc view.
