MEP fabrication

I am  trying to apply fabrication for a duct branch after I applied it fabrication parts are not connected and it has open connections and error symbol as given in attached pic.  kindly let me know how to fix it . and what could be the problem.

What kind of duct fitting was there before you converted it? Was it some kind of cross or special dovetail? or was it just two taps? Either way when doing the conversion to fab parts it probably just couldn't find a similar fabrication part to use for that intersection. Your best bet is to just reconnect the duct main and then add the taps by hand in that location.
