MEP Duct connection not loading its family in revit 2019

i tried to load revit 2019 but the MEP content is already loaded in revit. still i cannot connect the fitting to the duct or diffuser

check your Routing Preferences for the Pipe Type.  make sure there are the fittings loaded you need.

• pick your Pipe Type
• Edit Type Properties
• Edit Routing Preferences
• assign Fitting Families in the appropriate catagories as needed.
