Material Image Won't Render

Not matter what i do i cant get the image applied to this material (the screen) to render in Enscape any ideas?

Screenshot is from the family editor with the model display set to Realistic.

I do not understand what you mean the problem from family or render of the attached photo the family is different of the photo

When i do an Enscape render the material image does not show, its just grey.

The previous image was from the family editor showing the material image at Realistic setting.
