You can open the schedule so its in the view window, and select "File", "Export", "Reports", "Schedule", and follow the options to export to Excel.

But if you want to mass export multiple schedules, DI roots would be the way to go.

I would make use of Dynamo. You can easily make a script that will export data from Revit. You do not even have to make schedules for this, just make a script to extract data from the model and export to Excel. As you build your own script you have maximum flexibility.

If you are not familiar with Dynamo yet, than it will be beneficial to start learning it. In the long run it will pay of. Dynamobim.org is a good starting point with tutorials and a forum dedicated to Dynamo.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

You can export multiple schedules using pyRevit.

Thanks but for the benefit of others in the future, I think you've marked the wrong post as the solution.

Me, @L.Maas and @ToanDN gave you methods of mass exporting as you asked for, but @sragan told you how to export only one schedule at a time. I'm not glory hunting, its just so that anyone reading the post in future is directed to the correct solution.

And how can we do a mass schedule export in REVIT 2025?

This feature of DiRoots One is no longer available in the free version and also pyRevit its not available for Revit 2025.

Can someone help?

If what you say is correct then you probably need to adopt @L.Maas suggestion of using a Dynamo script.
