Lookup Table error

Hello, 

I have been trying to load the family in to the project but I am getting this error repeatedly. Its working fine when I try changing the value in the in the family but when i try to load them into the project its not working. Can someone please help me with it.

probably best to upload the family. and did you create that lookup table yourself, or get it from someone else? 

Revit Version: R2026.3
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

I created the table myself. Its working fine when i change them in the family but i am getting this error when i load it into the project

Your Lookup Table Name parameter was set to Instance.

I changed it to Type and the family now seems to work.
