You are saying that you've moved one of the levels in the linked model?

You could only have done that if you opened the linked file and changed it.

Also you can't have it different in different sheets - the views on the sheets are just views of the model so the level will be in the same place in every view.

Maybe you could share some screenshots to illustrate your problem?

Do you have levels in your own host model?

Are you confusing your levels with the linked levels?

Did you copy/monitor the linked levels or just recreate them without the monitoring function?

I had similar problems with a model on BIM 360 where, for some reason, the copy/monitor stopped working and one day I noticed that the basement floor level had changed in the Architect's model but I hadn't received a coordination monitor warning.

how did your resolve it ?

Used the align tool to manually realign my levels to the link levels. I didn't want to try to redo the copy/monitor in case it deleted existing levels in my model and messed up element hosting etc.

Sounds like you're trying to move the link to match your levels?

You should do it the other way around and move your levels to match the link levels (assuming those levels have been set/changed by the Architect).

The link should be pinned in position so that it doesn't move.

Regarding seeing different alignment in different views, I suspect some views have linked levels off so you are seeing your own levels and others are showing linked levels instead of your levels. the same level can't move between views, you have to be seeing different levels in different views.

If possible please share your model and the linked model(s) and someone can go into them and see what's happening.

When you reply there's a box below your reply where you can attach files.

(Ignore the German - no idea why my forum posts are in German and Autodesk don't seem to be able to fix it)

Are you sure they are the same link instance?

If it is, then ask the author to confirm this level change and fix yours to match.

Copy the models and trim them down - really only need the levels, floors and views to investigate this, you can delete everything else. Failing that you'd need to use a 3rd party file sharing app or Wetransfer etc.

Try @ToanDN 's suggested solution first though.

Going back to your very first image copied below, the misalignment of level 0 is just because the views on the sheet are out of line.

iainsavage_0-1675766284041.png

If you drag one of the views up or down a blue dashed line will appear to show that the section views are aligned:

iainsavage_1-1675766549470.png

Then release the mouse and the views will align horizontally:

iainsavage_2-1675766597017.png

In your second image in part 3 of your post you'll see that level 6 is at 19860

iainsavage_0-1675766938042.png

Then in this next image from one of your pdfs both views of level 6 are also at 19860:

iainsavage_1-1675767911804.png

So I'd conclude that the levels have not changed and they are not appearing differently in different views, its just that the views on the sheet are not aligned one to the other and this can be corrected by dragging one of the views up/down until the blue dashed alignment line appears.
