Key Plan Sector Visibility Parameters (yes/no) from a sheet view

We have a Key Plan inserted into our title block. When in a sheet view, if we select the title block, the properties panel lists various parameters that can be changed including the visibility of a North Arrow, a plot date stamp, and which of the multiple sectors we'd like to be highlighted. There are also text labels that fall under the Identity Data category that are also visible and can be modified.

Once the title block is no longer selected, none of the previously mentioned yes/no parameters are able to be toggled, but the text labels are still available to be modified. I'd like to set up the key plan/title block so that the yes/no visibility parameters are also available from the sheet view without the title block needing to be selected. It would make it much easier to select the specific sheets in the sheet list and toggle their sector visibility all at once.

My only "workaround" for the time being involves opening every sheet that should have Sector A visible, tiling the windows, and then Ctrl+clicking on each title block before checking the box to make Sector A visible. Rinse and repeat. Not too bad when there's just a few sheets, but when there are quite a few it becomes a bit of a hassle.

Any tips on this would be very much appreciated.

You can't. Sheet parameters can only be utilized to control the labels of the title block, not the visibility of elements of the title block.

It only works if you somehow compose your keyplan solely from labels, then you can add formula to the labels, such as if Box A is Yes, then label = "some text", else, blank.

There are some selection/filtering add-ins for Revit that may make your process easier.  You could right-click on your title block in one view, Select All Instances > In Entire Project, then filter by certain parameters to get the selection down to just the ones you want.  That would save you from opening all the sheets and clicking on every title block.  I've linked RQuick Select below; a co-worker has used it and found it useful:
