We're in the same boat as you. 2018 through to 2024. Presently you cannot download a 2018 version of Revit. Autodesks Virtual Assistant AVA used to allow you to go further than this, but the limitation is 4 years only. So yeah, this is correct, but you can reach out to your reseller who can provide access for historic projects.

As for anyone who responds, just upgrade... We tried, but 28 stake-holders and more than 600 models for a metro-tunnel, stations and office developments, all nearing completion was pushed back.

I don't think there's a limit if you already have the versions installed but as @craigjonnson said you can't download versions older than four years.

This help page says that if you contact support they can supply versions up to five years back.

The issues with keeping old versions are myriad. The security updates are one of the more important reasons why we don't stay on products that are no longer being updated, but also with the new features that have been added the last few years along with overall improvements in performance are the reasons we try to work only on the current release (rolled out every fall) and only two release back. A cyberattack forced us to look at this more than just the software cost for subscription/maintenance. There's also other issues such as OS compatibility (keep an eye out on upcoming dates for EOL for Windows 10, etc.). We typically run two cycles - project scheduled to last 18 months or less stay on one release, while longer are upgraded. The Revit Project model upgrade tool has been a fantastic option to help us stay current for our ACC projects.
