Incorrect (Flipped/Inverted) Text Display within Circular Duct Insulation in Plan View

Hello everyone,

I have created a custom Duct Insulation type that includes text.

When this insulation is applied to Rectangular Duct, the display is correct in both 2D Plan Views and Sections.

However, when applied to Circular Ducts, the text within the insulation is displayed correctly only in Sections. In 2D Plan Views, the text appears flipped, rotated by 180°, or mirrored, which is undesirable.

Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue? Is there a specific parameter or a method for adjusting the insulation family that would ensure the correct orientation of the text in the Plan View for circular ducts?

Alternatively, if this is a known behavior or bug, is it possible to submit this requirement for correct display as a Feature Request directly to Autodesk?

What do you mean by "insulation family"? I wasn't aware that there was any such family category other than the system family types. Do you mean that you've done this by creating a custom material?

I'm sorry for the poor wording. Yes, it is a pattern on the surface of the material.
