Hey everyone,
I'm having trouble importing pipes from Revit to Advance Steel. I used the pipes available in the System ribbon in Revit and exported them to Advance Steel using the Advance Steel Extension add-in. However, when I imported the "smlx" file from Revit into Advance Steel, only the concrete foundation was imported.
Can anyone provide some insights on why pipes were not imported into Advance Steel from Revit?
Thank you so much!

Never used it but

Seems like it only transfers structural elements?

Thanks so much for your thoughts on this @iainsavage
I found this solution yesterday and as you replied, Revit and Advance Steel can only transfer structural members, and a pipe is not a structural member.
Thanks again!
