IFC export

I try to export my installation to IFC2x3. The request form client is to place as Type (bimcollab zoom) diameter. If there is any way to overrirde it. As default it is exported family type name. Has anybody tried it?

I do not think there is a way besides renaming the family types in Revit. You can override the ifc "Name" and "Type Name".

Maybe client will allow to use one of those, or maybe you can propose to create a user defined property set for the client.
