Hi fellas, I tried following the procedure showed in the link https://rippleengineeringsoftware.com/revit-heating-and-cooling-loads-in-revit-2022/ ...and yes I saved after pasting the command lines, but really cannot find it in the tabs.

😭

Can someone tell me what the heck am I missing?

There might be more than one version of the ini file, the one you want is I think

C:\Users\[USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2022

@Kevin.Lawson.PE has advised, and its in the official help, that the version must be 2022.1 or later.

Check your version/build.

Do you have version 2022.1 or later?

¿Tienes la versión 2022.1 o más reciente?

That Revit file that you have highlighted IS your Revit.ini file, you just haven't configured Windows to display file extensions:

The Heating & Cooling Loads tool has been retired since version 2022.1 in favour of the more advanced and more accurate Systems Analysis method, that is why the Heating & Cooling loads tool is not present by default. You can reactivate it using the method in the links above but it is no longer supported or developed. The recommendation is therefore to use systems analysis.
