While binding a link in REVIT'22 I'm getting " A serious error has occurred. The current action has been cancelled. It is strongly recommended that you save your work in a new file before continuing."

Kindly help me resolve the error.

why are you binding the link? usually linking content is more beneficial than binding.

We're supposed to assign Project Parameters to individual elements. And modelling the whole Tower File is tedious. Hence, we modelled unit files and replicated it to create Floor File and then replicated them to create the tower file.

Hence, we need to bind.

Transfer project standards should allow you to migrate parameters to the linked file. Also copy and paste is also a viable solution to moving modeled content from project to project. I have always encountered strange errors with binding revit models. that may be because i had issues early on in 2014 and then just avoided doing it like the plague since.
