Geometry Flips direction when Rotating the Reference Line in the Family Editor

Anyone seen this behavior? I drew a reference line and locked the end point to the left/right and front/back ref planes, I added an angular dimension and assigned an instance parameter to it, then created a simple extrusion and gave the extrusion an EQ (equals) dimension to the reference line to hold it to the reference line.
When I drive the rotation by changing the dimension parameter degree value, or by manually rotating the reference line endpoint, the geometry flips direction through a certain degree range. And as I switch between changing parameter value and manually manipulating, the range that causes flipping, also just changes, seemingly arbitrarily.
I created this file to test before inserting it as a nested RFA into a host RFA, but before I ever even got to loading it in, this happened. I attached the RFA (2019) for anyone who wants to try it. Here's a link to the video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/content/video/crnf1TR57V
