Generative Design for Revit

It seems to me that there should be applications in the MEP field for this tool but most of the information on it seems to focus on Architecture and furniture layouts etc.

Has anyone used it successfully on MEP problems?

I asked my contact at Autodesk if he knows of any examples for MEP.

Personally, I am also interested in this. 😀

I took a look at the video that you linked.

It seems quite complicated, having to design, test, validate your own algorithms and programme them in Dynamo etc.

When the presenter said he had spent two years trying to refine one of his algorithms I came to the conclusion that I'll probably be retired before I get any practical use out of this - I think its one trick too many for this old dog to learn so I think I'll leave it.
