Filtering Mechanical Piping out of a Fire Protection View

Good Morning everyone,

How do I apply a filter to a view so it hides the "Hydronic Return" pipes on a view for Fire Pro?  I have a filter set up with all piping variables selected and the system classification equals Hydronic Return.  Is there something I'm not doing to make these pipies not show on the Fire Protection view??

Thank you,

Nick

In the view you want to hide your hydronic return select visibility/graphics overrides. Select the tab Filters.

Click the Add button on the filter tab and select your Hydronic Return Filter.

Deselect the visibility check box to hide your pipes.

You have to repeat this for every view where you want to hide your hydronic return.

If you have many views than you can incorporate the filter in a view template and assign that to the different sheets.
