Files not showing in Autodesk Docs

We have moved some of our projects to the cloud - we copied the architectural models to a linked models folder in autodesk docs.  When I open our central file to link the arch model it does not show in the linked models folder.

I can verify that the files are there using Explorer, but they do not show up from Manage Links and navigating to the Linked Models folder

Did you save your project as a cloud model? Just uploading it isn't enough.

yes we did - we found the solution though - instead of going through External references, we found autodesk docs on explorer and were able to load the models from there - I don't think the attached image properly shows it though

I'm pretty sure it's External Resources. Glad you got it sorted through. I find the pathing confusing sometimes. The Desktop Connector seems to like throwing curve balls just when I think I got it figured out.

It was not through External Resouces - that's an icon at the top left of the find file dialogue.  Instead we went to the address drop down and got an explorer type window that showed Autodesk Docs - I can't keep that window open while I take a shot of it - I'll try with my camera tomorrow

No, you said External "references" earlier. I was correcting the terminology. I know what you are talking about and it is possible to link through both of them depending on your setup.

External Resources only shows cloud workshared models, uploaded from Revit using Save As Cloud model.

Autodesk Docs is a shortcut to your local folder that is synced to Autodesk Docs, and it shows files uploaded via browser.

Hello,

In the Desktop Connector, you must select the projects you need in this folder.

Right-click the icon and then click on the gear icon.
