Can I group families under a sub-category?

I have received the two highlighted families from a vendor and I would like to put them together under a sub-category called 'Coolers'. Is this possible? I have many more and would like to keep them all together.

@stu_bas it is possible to add sub-categories to the Families under parameters. But to Organize them under sub-categories in Project browser is not an option as the families uses system Default Family Category and cannot be over written.

You could change the name of the families and give them a prefix so that in alphabetical order they are grouped by prefix.

I'm sure I did this before using DiRoots One Family Reviser:
