Yes. Open the schedule and go to File > Export > scroll down to export schedule/report.

Schedules will export as they are.

The version that you see on the sheet is just a view of the schedule, displaying the data contained in the editable schedule. If you've used a filtering parameter to sort schedules by sheet then that is how they will export.

They will export as comma separated text file which can be imported into excel.

It can be done natively from the File>Export>Reports menu or more intuitively using an addon like DiRoots Sheetlink.

Yes. That works for whole schedule. Here I mean on schedule which is filtered by sheet and on sheet where the schedule is shorter and where we see only materials on that view. I am not sure that works.

So, the only way to do this is to download addon?

I didn't say that. I said the addon is more intuitive than the built-in export method.

If you have a schedule which only shows information relevant to that sheet then it is a schedule specifically tailored to that sheet, then there will be another separate schedule for another sheet.

So you should have in your schedules list Sheet 1 schedule, Sheet 2 schedule, Sheet 3 schedule etc etc.

Each of these are standalone schedules and can be exported as such.

You will see in my screenshot from the Autodesk sample file that the schedule has been filtered by zone and the data exported will only be for that zone. Same for sheets.

Can you make screenshoots for sheets? I would really appreciate it because I can't figure out what to do like this.

I've probably caused a lot of confusion then.

That "Filter by Sheet" checkbox is a new feature in 2023 which I didn't even notice. Presumably works something like the keynotes schedules by knowing automatically which items are visible in the sheet view?

I do it an older way by creating a schedule per sheet and then using a filter parameter.

Ignore my earlier answers please.

Only way I know how to do it... Print the sheet to pdf. Then Bluebeam allows you to export a portion of that pdf (ie, your schedule) to Excel. Takes some trial and error but can be done.

I would LOVE to right click a "filtered by sheet" schedule in Revit and export just the filtered version directly!
