Export duct fittings export issue

I am setting up export protocols and we want to issue our drawings as dwgs with colours on the duct work.

I have setup the view overrides and it works perfectly on the ducting but the duct fittings all come out white and as a block, I assume its because its a block is there any way to stop this or get them to override correctly?

I am using the no override function as this means I can retain the centreline to be red rather than being overidden by revit, if I use the override I loose the ability to retain the centreline as red.

We only issue drawings from the model and rarely edit them so loosing block functionality is not a problem for drawings that look right.

When doing no override I get this is CAD

when exporting overrides by Entity I get this

but this is my goal  (happy to loose blocks if thats what has to happen), I can use by entity and then manually change the centreline but its not ideal
