Error - Gap of Wiring Crossing

Shot in the dark if anyone else has experienced this problem. I was not able to find anything remotely similar out there.

My 'Gap of Wiring Crossing' setting seems to have a rounding issue. See screencast below. Due to this I am only able to get three values: 0", 1/2", and 1" (which shouldn't even be possible). These are the values that my gaps take in my views as well, so they are either nonexistent or huge.

Issue seems to be isolated to this model. I have tried audit, detach from central, and save to new central with no change is behavior. Project is nearing end of production, so no chance of starting over.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

I'll put this here for posterity. The issue ended up being the project units.

The precision had gotten set the 1/2" and unlike the MEP Hidden Line gap setting, the rounding of the project units appears to affect the Gap of Wiring Crossing setting.
