Embedded schedule - Duct Category Missing

Is there a work around to create a duct schedule embedded within a space schedule? The embedded schedule category doesn't contain ducts/pipes. I am trying to create a duct schedule sorted space-wise. (All ducts which cross from one space to the other are split at the junction)

No, as you have noticed this is not available.

The only workaround would be to add space information (e.g name, number) to the pipes by adding new project/shared parameter(s) and then fill those parameters with space information. Then you could create a pipe schedule with space information

You could automate this proces with the use of Dynamo

Hi, I've done the exact thing you mentioned. But it's difficult to manage as in every time the design is changed, parameters have to be updated. I was hoping Revit could some how automatically link ducts/pipes to its spaces.
