Electrical Panel Schedule is blank

When I create an electrical panel schedule for a Panelboard, the information for the all the electrical fixtures attached to the panel board are not populating the schedule at all. (see attached Photos)

The Panelboard schedule is connected to the right panelboard, PP-1

The Panelboard PP-1 is showing load connected to it.

The fixures are attached to PP-1

  • Could this be a Electric Panel Template issue?
  • Could this be a Phase issue, some fixtures are Existing while some fixtures are Proposed?
  • Am I missing something?

I've watched a bunch of tutorials and I feel I am doing what they are telling me to do but I seem to be missing something.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks. I have 12 years of Revit experience, however this is my first attempt at trying to create an Electrical Panel Schedule.

Thanks

Hi,

Answers to your questions which will probably result in... more questions, but lets try:

Electrical Panel Template: Yes, this could be an issue.

  • When the project was created, did it start with an Electrical project template?
  • Is the board associated with a Distribution System?Distribution System.jpg

Phasing. The actual Panel Schedule appearance shouldn't be affected by Phasing

If you didn't start with an Electrical template, you can create a new project (using the Electrical Template) and then utilise a selective Transfer Project Standards for Electrical settings.

Thanks you for your time, and yes, more questions. I attached photos of the panel properties, as well as the MEP settings for Voltage Definitions and Distribution System.

  1. I did not use an electrical template and doing it through my architectural project set up with an architectural template.
  2. I set up a distribution system and assigned the panel board to it, however, looking back on it, it looks like there is an issue there. I see it dedicated in the properties for the panel, but on the bar at the top, I am not seeing it assigned. (see attached images.)

I've made a few assumptions and the easiest way to describe it is with this screencast.

Please let me know if it helps.
