Electrical Fixture subscript location

I have a family where my subscript is not behaving as I think it should It should read CO², NO² & NO˟ but depending on the orientation of the wall/reference plane - results may vary... I have circled the correct representation in my snip.

I'm still fairly new at family creation so any help or guidance would be appreciated, along with the logic so I don't have to ask the same question again later down the line. I'm not asking anyone to do the work or anything, just provide direction.

Thanks again

I would avoid using multiple labels like that which have their orientation changed like that.  You can use a tool to create subscript or superscript text an just have it part of the one label.  One such example:

Alternatively you can uncheck "Keep text readable" and then you may get some that show upside-down on the drawings.  I would avoid ever mirroring any object in revit, as text appears to be mirrored as well.

As for why this is happening.  You have "Keep text readable" which for Revit is between 180° rotation is one way, everything outside of that has the text flipped (bad at explaining this).  So the relative placement points have not changed in any of the instances in your example, they are just rotated and flipped with the attempt to make them easier to read.
