Duct offsetting transition Fitting

I have messed around with this for some time now and can't figure out if it's possible to create a duct transition that is neither eccentric or concentric on any side. For example: See attached views with annotation lines representing what I want. Thanks for any help!

You can use model in place, select the duct fitting category and put connectors on it. You could also make a custom family that is a blend and turn the geometry sideways.

Revit can make that fitting automatically. It may take some trial and error to get it right. Draw the ducts on either side and set there locations. Then connect the ducts. If it doesn't work right, undo and try it in a different type of view.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

This did not work for me in any view I tried. I just kept getting invalid routing errors.

Did you check the routing preferences to make sure that they are setup correctly?
