The lines indicated at the red arrows do not appear on the section view nor in print.
Revit 2020, but saw this happen in other versions as well.
What does not fix this:
Any change in position
Change of duct type
Change of type of section, view depth or cut line position.
Change to view options,discipline,model display etc. none
Splitting it. (the 2 new pieces are defected as well)
Any copy of this element also shows up defected.
What does fix it:
If i copy the duct piece below that shows up correct, and place it in the exact same place and reconnect.
Or if i replace a fitting showing correctly in place of the defected one.
Takeaway: Whatever the problem is, it lies in the instances of these elements, but could not figure out what is causing it.
Any ideas?
It is not a very good solution to replace these elements (annotation references on multiple sheets lost) or draw in the missing lines each time an error like this appears.
