Distance between multiple dimensions

Hello everybody,

We use a dimension type that places multiple dimensions above each other. Now the mutual distance/"Baseline offset" between these dimensions is always 7mm. This while our text height is 1.8mm and a distance of 3.6mm would be sufficient.

If we now manually adjust this 7mm to 3.6mm, this value is not saved and we have to do this again when placing another dimension.
Since I am not the first to work on the project, many others have already measured families etc. and have adjusted the mutual distance using the 2 arrows at the top dimension line. For example, this distance is sometimes 4.4873mm, other times 5.7612mm or different everywhere.

In order to achieve uniformity on our sheets, we want to have the same intermediate distance everywhere.

But now I can select all dimensions and change this baseline offset to 3.6mm, but then I have to check all multiple dimensions. This is to see if they are all still clearly legible and not through text/walls/pipes and air ducts.

But now I don't understand that standard "baseline offset" of 7mm at all. When I look in the parameters of the dimension style, I don't see 7mm anywhere.

Does anyone have an idea where this could be and how to change it to 3.6mm?

Thank you for your help
