Diffuser - Eneter a value or a fomula start with "= "

When I attempt to adjust the diffuser flow, this message appears, and I'm unable to modify the flow value. This is a Diffuser family included with Revit 2024. It worked fine before, but this issue has started happening suddenly.

There's a bug in Revit, I know for sure in 2023 and 2024. The latest updates will fix this issue. Scroll down Issue Resolved / Units.
