Date Panel Missing in Sheet Issue/Revisions Dialog

Hi all,

I'm working in Revit, and I've run into a couple of issues with revisions:

  1. In the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog, I don't see the "Date" column/panel. I’ve checked multiple times, but it just doesn't appear.

  2. In the Properties Palette, the "Current Revision Date" field is blank, even though the sheet has a revision applied.

I've verified that revisions are active and applied to sheets, but I still can't get the date to show.

Does anyone know how to make the Date column visible in the dialog, and why the "Current Revision Date" isn’t showing up properly?

I’ve discovered that someone dragged and adjusted the column width until it disappeared. However, I’m currently unable to restore it — I can’t adjust the column width back from 0 mm to a normal size.

Could you please assist?
