Data in file missing and need to be manually recovered

Hello all 

Data in file missing and need to be manually recovered 

This error show when i open file on bim 360 cloud 

I search and i see i should clear collaporation and paccache folders 

But i cant find these folders on my computer 

How i can find these files?

check these:

  1. Collaboration cache folder location C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit ####\CollaborationCache
  2. PacCache folder location C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\PacCache

Please see this article on the Autodesk Knowledge base website:

 

"Data in file FileName.rvt is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered." when trying to open a central model from BIM 360 in Revit 

 

Ther is also information about 'Clear Collaboration Cache'
