If you Itemize every Instance (under Sorting & Grouping) all of the cells will have a value.

The way the schedule is currently Grouped will affect the way the values are displayed.

Where a cell has multiple values due to Grouping Revit displays an empty box whereas the box is not really empty.

Putting a value in the empty box will overwrite the value in all of the elements that are within the group so you should be careful with that.

Thank you very much for your support.

As you replied, I will do. But one think I wish to ask,  From the schedule qty

Say,

2" pipe    656 mts

4" pipe      786 mts this is my schedule qty.

I wish to visible  and chk the schedule qty.

Can you tell me how to do?

I don't understand your question. How do you want to visualise the elements?

This way,

From my schedule, i exported pipes  "Type" wise and diameter and got the lenths in meters. say 50dia vent  pipe is 138 mts (attached Excel Screen Shot).

Now in Revit model when we click one element and then right click, we get  "select all instances"   visible for the view or entire project. If i pick visible for view, in my properties pallet shows the value and right bottom cornor near to filter symbol  there is a value.

Model view of screen shot attached. In model view i want to reflect 50dia vent pipe, visible for the view, remaining elements to be hidded but my Arch. model should be visbile. so than i can understand or i wanted to show this to my boss in the monitor screen. something like filter command we need to todo the task or i dont know. say in Autocad, the block name willbe filtered and we can see how nos. I hope i explained to you.

I think I know what you mean.

I can see that you are reformatting the Revit schedule to suit an existing company standard, you will find you spend quite a lot of time doing this so it might be worth changing the Revit schedule to match your standard as much as possible then export to Excel and turn the data into a Table. That's what I usually do and nobody complains as they don't need to spend weeks counting things off drawings by hand.

You can add the "Level" parameter to the schedule using a Shared Parameter then Group by this parameter. You would need to set each section of Pipe to have the correct value but this would probably get you what you want.

You could potentially automate this by using the Invert Elevation and comparing this to the level elevation using some conditional formatting but this would be complicated. I generally schedule rising services separate from the stuff on each level when I am doing the quantity parameter values manually.
