I am a revit user and i am facing a problem with Crop view. The Extent- Corp view is not highlighted in Properties. Therefore i am not able to change the view crop region

Make sure Crop View visible is checked in the properties of the view. Also remember Crop View with have to also be checked for the view to be cropped. If this isn't what your looking for can you please explain in more detail.

You probably have a scope box applied to the view already. A few lines below the crop options in Properties, change the scope box to "none", then enable the crop options.
