Is there a way to create a single line Electrical Diagram from an imported Excel to Revit MEP or maybe using .NET or similar?

I do not know if Revit has these options for import any Excel or CSV file to then automatically should create a Single Line Diagram, if not possible, if not, I need some like a scrip or a routine in .NET, I hope someone helps me.

I did an example but in CSV and DWG for explaining my needs in another forum, I hope this can be useful.

Not natively AFAIK

You may check out the Designmaster plugin

I never used it, but they do riser diagrams. But I assume they are based on the panels you have in your model. Not a separate file you import.

Edit: i just watched the video. It looks like you have to export to AutoCAD, adn then re-import. that i think is a big disadvantage. It should be all in Revit.

Revit Version: R2026.2
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

We are Designmaster users and it is fantastic. It does a lot more than one line diagrams! I think all serious electrical designers should be using this tool.

If you are seriously interested reach out to them and ask for an online demonstration.

David and his team are working on an all Revit version but don't let the AutoCAD component scare you away.
