Copy/Monitor Type/Instance

Hello, I have a hug project and sometimes I need to copy in the architects light fixture family A type 1 to my light fixture family X and type 1, and some times have family A type 1 come in as family Y type 2 in another part of the building. Is it possible to do this somehow with coordination review/settings batch copy? Perhaps have one person copy/monitor one part of the building and another copy/monitor another part of the building with different rules. Would revit be able to handle that in a worksharing environment? If I have any of the above confused, please advise. Thanks!

I never tried this way, my suggestion is to do what you mentioned by the same user, just change the setting, because when both users synchronize, I believe the copy monitor rules will be the same.
