Changes to View Template Do Nothing

Hi All,

I was making some changes to the v/g on a view template and noticed that none of the changes I made did anything. Specifically, I tried hiding "Plumbing Fixtures" and "Sections". However, when I applied these changes nothing happened.

Also, I noticed that even with a template applied to the view (not just template properties), I'm still able to edit the V/G for that view, which I thought couldn't be done when there's a View Template applied.

This is quite frustrating so any insight as to why this is occurring would be most helpful.

Screen recording below.

Thank you.

the Include option needs to be checked for the V/G overrides Model catagory.

not a problem.... I've been using Revit for years and still forget to make sure the right category is checked at times.
