Cereating curved pipe out of compound arcs (curvature)

Dear Revit users, I'm trying to model the pipe of the cross-section shown below:

So far I was able to model the main arc using part of a circle, however the pipe itself has non-circular arc and probably made of a parabolic one. I discovered this fact upon measuring the resulted arc length from my family and comparing it with the lengths given in the catalogue table.

The current result is :

How to procede with the family creation given that Revit reference lines don't include the option of a parabola. ??

You can't create curved PIPE.

It would need to be a Pipe Fitting family.

You should be able to make the main tubular part with a sweep and you can create any shape of path which you want (as long as the swept profile doesn't try to cross over itself).

You can create the end parts with revolves.

Why not? I believe it's possible with some trignometric functions for the arcs

Are you taking about Revit system pipes or are you talking about MEP Fabrication Pipework?

Revit system pipes are straight, no option to make them curved.

I'm talking aobut making a family from scratch.

You can't create a Revit system PIPE family from scratch.

You can make a Pipe Fitting or Pipe Accessory family.

Your image looks like a Pipe Fitting of part type Elbow.

You should be able to use sweeps and revolves to create what you need.
