Cant change view range, detail level or visual style in plan view

Hi 

I cant change the view range, detail level or visual style in any of my plan views in my project. After a quick search on here someone suggested that there must be a view template applied and to try changing it but i have done that and still no luck. Any suggestions?

I've closed Revit down then reopened the project and changed the view template and still no luck

Without more information, it's only a guessing game. Please post the file or just the portion in question as requested.

Unfortunately I can't upload the file as we are on a non-disclosure agreement with the customer 😞

Change the view template to none and see if you can change them.

So far, you have provided a very general description. Without the file or a detailed explanation, including screen shots, all we can do is guess.

Change the View Template to None for those views you want to adjust.
