Cannot edit generic model created in revit

Hello everyone!

I am having a problem with a family i created.

The moment i place it at the place i need it , it greys out and i can't even select it . What should i do?

It will depend on the view's discipline settings and your underlay selection lock settings.

Temporarily change the view discipline to Coordination and you should be able to select it, or unlock the underlay selection setting.
