Can "two" three way switched be selected to control a set of light fixtures?

I am sort of reviewing the switching of light fixtures, and when creating the Switch System I can select one single pole switch and then click "Finish Editing System" with one switch, that step works, but then the problem is that when I have a 3-way switch in another location I cannot select the second 3-way switch before finishing to add it to the set of lights being controlled by the two switches.  How can the second 3-way switch can be selected to add it?

Revit doesn’t allow you to have 3 way switches.

the switch systems in Revit are pretty much useless.
