Hey guys,
Im working in Revit 2019 (Electrical discipline)
I have made callouts on a specific view right and now i want to copy those callouts to other sub-disciplines. Is that possible?
For example I made callouts on 1st floor power plan and want to copy on to 1st floor Lighting plan, is that posiible? Is it just copy and pasting it and changing the properties later so it shows the correct viewnames?
Edit: I read your question again and I might have misunderstood it when I replied (below). If you want to duplicate a call-out view to create new views then yes you can copy paste.
Original reply (ignore it): Yes you can show the original call-outs in other views. But DO NOT copy paste because that will duplicate the actual call-out views, not just the symbols. What you should be doing is open the other view, create call-out but you must tick Reference Other View box before draw the call-out boundary, then you can choose the original call-out view from the view list instead of create a new view.
Bonus points for "Paste Aligned to View" on the new view
