C4R Syncronize problem

our team "HVAC" is having problems sync to C4R

here is the error we are getting

crash image.JPG

It started with one team member and now has spread to all 3 team members in our office. but their is always one station that can sync. It seems to alternate. we have other members using C4R for this project that are not having issues, architect, plumbers, etc. out side our office.

We have tried to using a work around, coping from local and pasting onto the sync-able workstation. then reinitialize a new link.

but this works for only a few days then the error starts up again.

what would be the cause for this?

anyone else having issues like this?

please help we have deadlines fast approaching.

Is everyone on the team running the same and most current service packs for both Revit and C4R?  This will cause havoc on projects running different versions.

Update6 for R2
this is what we are running.
we asked that question to other team members outside our office. some are running the same build and some are not. but our office of 3 is the only one affected and having problems. the total team is around 50 members.
we are limping by if we sync every 20 min it works okay. but if we wait and do a lot of changes it sure to crash.
i will try to coordinate with other team members to update to latest build.
i will keep you posted thanks for the response.

So... we tried to keep the project on our office server and not use C4R.

Revit still crashes when we sync with each other.

any suggestions?

okay...
we found the culprit, it was a corrupt element that was giving us problems.
so we deleted it and purged.... it seems to be running and syncing fine.
