Best approach to round off the edges in tee family

Blend form is not enough.. Here is a sample of my family in rvt 22. Thanks for your help!

i am pretty sure what you are trying to do is not possible with a parametric element like this fitting. The closest i can get is a sweep around the 3D edge of the join of the two tubes. But it doesn't work too well.
