Archiving PIpe In a Model

We are working on a chilled water piping project and the client has decided that they no longer like the layout and system (Vic). We are hesitant to delete the piping as this particular client changes their minds a lot and we are concerned that they might decide to go back  to the previous layout.  That being said we would like to archive the piping layout in case this happens.  My first thought was to simply move it to a workset and turn it off, but that would make it difficult working with the schedules. I was thinking about possibly creating a phase and putting it on that, but before I move forward I was wondering if anyone has experience with this and what they found to be the best project workflow.

Thanks in advance.

Kevin

Hello @Anonymous,

Why not using the Desing options in Revit.

Please see my screencast:

Please let me know if this is a solution that you can use in your project.
