We have a central model with multiple users, face-based families with embedded annotation that includes a rotation parameter
User 1,2,& 3 will open the floor plan view and see all of the symbols correctly, but User#4 always sees the annotation "flipped" when the rotation parameter is used. If User #4 places the device it will appear correctly for everyone, but if the rotation parameter is set to anything except zero it will flip but only for User #4.
Is there a user level setting that affects how the annotation symbols are displayed?
