adding room schedule to mep sheet

i would like to know , is there any way to create room schedule only rooms in sheet views ?

If you are trying to use Rooms directly from a linked Architectural file you will have a hard time filtering out for just a particular area. I would place spaces in the MEP model that is associated with each room. I would then use the comments field or a custom parameter of the spaces and put something like Area A or Area B. I would then create schedules from the spaces using the Area A/ Area B as filters to only show needed Spaces/Rooms.

Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to filter out only rooms that are visible on a sheet.

As Rooms are mostly in linked files I would suggest to place Spaces and use the Space Naming tool to synchronize the Room Name and Number from the linked file.

Then create several Space Schedules and filter by Level and place those schedules on your sheet.

You could also add an extra parameter to your sheet to filter only sheets that are on a specific sheet.

Like 'On Sheet Number' as a Text parameter.
