Adding insulation but keeping pipe colour visible

Hi All,

I've added insulation to my pipework and changed the colour but the insulation seems to also be affecting the colour of my pipes. Is there any way I can apply the insulation but still see the original pipe system colour underneath it ? For example: blue pipe with white insulation but still able to see blue pipe through it not just pipe out line ?

Thanks!

Have you tried to set transparency for isolation?

I have modified the transparency but it's affecting everything so also making the pipe beneath the insulation transparent.

I am extremely interested in how you are creating white insulation on a blue pipe - these are system driven.

chilled water flow - colour on system / filter is for example red - insulation will be red as well.
