Adding a label to a perameter within a tag

I,m sure you can do this, but not sure how,

I want to add a text label to a duct parameter Tag, ie 350x350 EXH DUCT (a piece of text) - but the text must be instance and not change on every tag - like the last Revit Guru did 

Any advice will be much appreciated

Add Comments parameter to the label.

You can add a parameter to a label that reads the system abbreviation and add "DUCT" as a suffix.
