3d View not displaying correctly?

As per the title, please see attached 2 separate images showing what happens when i cut a 3d view.

if i delete the view and re do it, it then works. however, it is now becoming very very annoying and slowing me down.

is there a way to eradicate this problem?

i have also attached my PC spec.

any help appreciated.

(i have also tried it with graphics acceleration turned off and it still happens)

Hello,

What do you mean by cut a 3D view? Create a section box?

yes, when i cut a 3d view it appears as per the attached. i then have to delete the view and re do it.... sometimes this work sometimes it doesnt.

i have applied various view templates to it also, but it still appears the same just with the view template properties applied.

thanks

Hello,

The only thing that I can guess is some graphic card issue, did you updated the driver?

We had a similar issue and and went through all the steps online of updating the graphics card, checking hardware acceleration, telling windows to use the RTX card, power settings and more. Turns out it was Revit's camera. Go to the camera setting in a view and set it to a number that makes sense and the view will reset, and the items will appear correctly in 3D.
