2 or more conditional formulas yes/no parameter

Good morning, 

I am trying to create a basic builderswork family that depending on the type of service it increases or reduces the clearence. I am quite new with conditionals and don't understand how they work in Revit. I have read in the forum different posts but I haven't found the solution. It always return me error. Can you please help me with this. I am trying to specify this:

If it is containment give me clearence 50, if it is not containment but it is Ductwork, give me 40mm clearence, if it Plastic Pipework put 30 clearence...

Hi @simon.carmonaCKE9E . Look in the end of your formula. "Pipework(30". You need "Pipework,30,50)))".
You can try this:
if(and(A, not(B), not(C)), 50 mm, if(and(not(A), B, not(C)), 40 mm, if(and(not(A), not(B), C), 30 mm, 0 mm)))

Update: It is better to use "_" instead of a space. in the parameter name.
